Miss New Jersey is catching flack for some photos she used to have on her Facebook Web page that are said to be showing her “not in a ladylike manner.” Miss NJ Amy Polombo is allegedly being blackmailed by someone claiming to be The Committee to Save Miss America, stating they will expose the photos if Amy does not resign her title. Finally, the BBC has publicly apologized for improper editing of a film clip showing Queen Elizabeth storming out of a photo shoot with Annie Leibovitz after Leibovitz asked the Queen to remove her crown for a photo. The trailer, which promotes an upcoming BBC One documentary series A Year With The Queen, shows the sequence of events in the wrong order, giving the impression that the Queen left the photo shoot, when in reality, the footage of Queen Elizabeth walking was filmed before the photo shoot with Annie Leibovitz even began as she was walking to the sitting. The BBC has made a public apology and stated, “In this trailer there is a sequence that implies that the Queen left a sitting prematurely. This was not the case and the actual sequence of events was misrepresented.” It appears that Leibovitz only receive a cold glare from the Queen for her suggestion to remove the crown.
